BP600 - Monoblock semi-automatic shrink wrapper with sealing bar

The BP series of monobloc semi-automatic and automatic shrink wrappers with sealing bar stands out for its versatility. Depending on the models, in fact, this range of packaging machines is particularly suitable for packing glass and PET bottles, cans, boxes, trays, jars, etc. in film only or pad + film.

Equipped with 90° or in-line infeed, multi-push system and cutting-edge technology, these machines are perfectly and easily integrated into shrink film packaging lines. The BP Series can reach productions up to 25 packs/minute.

    • Tunnel conveyor equipped with heat-resistant glass fibre bars (SMI patent) which ensures that:
      • the conveyor stiffness grants stability to the products passing through, for a compact and well-shrunk pack
      • the conveyor can bear a product weight up to 30 kilos
      • the conveyor bars never get rusted, as it happens when using traditional metallic conveyors
      • the maintenance is easy and low-cost, thanks to the possibility of replacing just the worn out bars
